Ok, okay...I know I haven't posted in awhile but I've been very busy. I rescued a stray cat and she's finally starting to let me get some sleep. It was rough I tell you. Remind me to stop doing this-I can't save the world! Now, I know how single mothers feel raising kids on their own and mine are just cats! Other then the new addition-training is going very well I'm suprised I'm holding at 160 pounds and I can still see definition in my abs. I'm not even eating all clean because what's the point. I'm off season, I need to train hard to grow and eat and feed my muscles and until I go out to Oklohoma next week and get everyting nailed down from Howard, I might as well just enjoy myself : ) I will leave with a picture that was from earlier-SEE I'M A GROWING GIRL!

lol, yea I wish that was my kitchn (haha) but I don't think the rest. wld want to unleash me in there all by myself the way I like to chow down : )
